The embodiment of warmth and grace and always willing to help others, Johanna brings her heartfelt love of people, architecture, and the East Bay community to her successful career in real estate.
Johanna is known for putting in that extra effort for her clients—once sorting through bags of paper accidentally left behind, rescuing sensitive documents and family mementos for a client selling her widowed father’s home. A true people person, Johanna becomes friends with many of her clients—still corresponding with her first client from over 8 years ago. An avid hiker and snowshoer, Johanna is perhaps genetically predisposed to love the outdoors through her grandfather, Ansel F. Hall, who was the first Chief Naturalist and Chief Forester of the National Park Service, and instrumental in creating the first master plan for the East Bay Regional Parks system. Johanna is also a proficient cyclist who remembers fondly a cycling vacation in the Bordeaux region of France, where her grandmother traveled by steamship to marry Johanna’s grandfather.
